Shari Headley

She is best known for her part in Coming to America, the romantic comedy that was an international box-office hit. Headley also has appeared in the films The Preacher's Wife (1996) and Johnson Family Vacation (2004). In the world of television, Headley starred as Detective Mimi Reed in the ABC daytime soap opera All My Children on a regular basis from 1991 until 1994. She played the lead role in the Fox drama series 413 Hope St. (1997-1998), for which she received a NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series. From 2014 until 2016 Headley played the role of villain Jennifer Sallison in the Oprah Winfrey Network primetime soap opera The Haves and the Have Nots.
